I need help with a simple math problem

I need help with a simple math problem?
Two adults and a child took a round-trip flight from Oakland to Portland. Each adult paid full fare; the child only paid 2/3 fare. The total cost of all three tickets was $384. What was the full fare?

This doesn't make sense. You already gave the cost of all three (the same as the full fare). Sorry I don't know what you mean
3 :
384 x 9/8 = 432

Not a mathamatician but is it 94.05?
5 :
Let fare for each adult be x. then equation formed is 2x+2/3 of x=384 x+$144
6 :
assume one full fare as x. then x + x + 2/3 x = 384. 8x/3 = 384 8x = 1152 x = 1152/8 you will get the answer. :-)
7 :
Let full fare =A , then 2A +(2/3)A =$384 (8/3)A =$384 A =$384*3/8 =$48*3 =$144 full fare =$144
