What do you think of all this airline security stuff latley?
a few days ago a 56 year old passenger was ticked off on a flight from portland oregon to hawaii and rfeused to store his carry on luggage and an hour into the flight he hands the stewardess a note hoping that when the plane crashes he hits gilligans island, but he hopes it misses and is eaten by sharks in the ocean cuz on gillgans island wont be able to hable it once the plane blows up. the guy says it was a joke? Do you think it was a joke? he now faces up to 20 years in prison

I think anyone that juvenile needs some time in jail to think about their own stupidity, even though 20 years might be a little bit insane. You sure that wasn't a 9 year old kid? but to point something out, most other nations were doing this long before 9/11 it was only America that wasn't taking care of matters so harshly.

I LOVE IT! I can't get enough... pat me down ONE-MORE-TIME! It's nice now, they pay extra attention to the 'special' areas of the human anatomy.

It was naive and stupid on his part. No one has a sense of humor anymore and he should know that. It was wrong, but not 20 years in prison.

Big brother will always abuse power. Anyone that works at the airport can do anything to You they want and if You protest the treatment, they call big brother and You get arrested.

You got to watch what you say anymore at the airports or on the plane. They'll probably put him in a mental evaluation hospital for a few days and then they'll go from there. That's one reason I don't fly anymore. I don't see how people can fly and be treated as criminals. I am not in that much of a hurry to go anywhere. I do my flying on the Interstates!! :-)
