What can I do to help with turbulence on an express jet?
I have a flight from Portland Maine Airport to Chicago O'Hare Airport on an express jet [small plane with really bad turbulence and the turbulence is felt more] [I'm moving in with my aunt and uncle in Chandler Arizona this Sunday] I am terrified of flying. [I've flown before] I don't like turbulence and it freaks me out really bad [it feels liek the plane is gonna break or fall or something even though I know it won't] I was wondering what I could do to help me out with my turbulence fair on the express jet and stuff. Sorry I'm really bad at explaining and wording stuff. Thanks xD

Look the thing is a plane is strong, it doesnt brake easily it is like a car the tyre can burst but the car can go forth ( yea we knowsome fel out of sky but it wont happen) Turbulance is normal and is like potholes its just a little wind hitting the plane that gets amplified by the size and weight of a plane. 3 things in one part of the plane will have to fail before it falls! try enjoying turbulance? I imagine myself flying and going though clouds and stuff while listening hard songs

Have you tried listening to music on headphones maybe with a playlist of calming stuff, close your eyes and just breathe deeply, like meditate and try to put your mind somewhere relaxing like a beautiful beach. You could also wear a sleep mask and try to take a nap. Just anything that gets your mind away from the present situation and somewhere happier.

Haha you and I have problems with these airplane things. By the way good luck on your flight on Sunday! I'm going to Texas for 2 weeks on Saturday. Hahaha. anyways, I would say sleep, and also take ten really slow deep breaths, this calms down your system and helps with the nerves and yeah. well to be honest I don't know what to say anymore Maybe hold onto a teddy bear!! XD haha I don't know Good luck on your flight. I'll pray for you rofl haha xD
