i want to know how to find a cheap from osaka japan (KIX) to portland oregon (PDX), most the sites i go to are not very cheap and have hidden fees that show up after i click the 'book flight' button.

I don't know what you mean by hidden fee. But you need to pay fuel surcharge and airport fees no matter what flight you book. You can go to HIS or other travel agency to find a cheap flight.
