Don't even think about it. The only way to fly over Alaska is in the winter. Snow and mountains. It's beautiful.

The only airline that appears to have that route is Alaska Airlines. There aren't any direct flights either. Because they have multiple layovers the flight times range from 6hrs25m to 11hrs25m.

If you have a direct flight it would be approx. 2 Hrs 32 Min.

It will depend on your itinerary but it won't be a direct flight and it will be many hours. The quickest I could find in May were 6.5 hours. Many itineraries were 10, 11, 12 or more hours. Routing could be: a twin prop to Seattle, jet north to Juneau, a different jet south to Petersburg. The fastest that is going to happen is 0:40 flight, hour connect, 2 hour flight, hour connect, 40 minute flight. Theoretically 6-7 hours at best. But the many versions of that which I found were 10-12 hours in transit. Or you could twin-prop to Seattle then get on the "Milk Run" that goes Seattle - Ketchikan - Wrangell - Petersburg before going on to Juneau and Anchorage (just took that one last week). That would 0:40 flight, hour connect, then 4.5 hours on the milk run. for a total of 6.5 or more hours. There's a 5:30 am out of Portland (ugh!). Concievably, you could take the non-stop jet from Portland to Anchorage and then a south-bound milk run through Juneau. Flight times would be 3.5 hours north and 3.5 hours south plus layover in Anchorage. But that is not likely to have costed out as the cheapest routing. And the Anchorage layover brings it up to 10 or more hours.
